Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, departing Perth, Western Australia 6110. All shipments are tracked, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail once shipped (you can watch GlowDry™ come to you!) Please ensure you provide a safe and accurate address for your shipment.

Spend $80AUD+: FREE Aus Wide Shipping or $10AUD to NZ, UK & USA.

All shipping is quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

All orders are shipped within 24- 48 hours hours of being received from Monday to Friday - leaving Perth Western Australia - 6110. Orders are shipped out and collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays). 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hey@glowdryaustralia.com.au. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

GlowDry Australia is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any late, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.

For international orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer; GlowDry Australia does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
